How we work with employers

Posting a role is free. You tell us the venue, the role, the contract type, the pay if you want to share it, the start date and how urgent it is. A member of the JobsPronto team reads every submission and comes back within 48 hours with the next step. Your role then reaches hospitality people in London who fit the brief, and only them.

You decide who to progress. We put forward people with genuine hospitality experience who match what you asked for, and we keep every candidate informed honestly at every stage. You always know who to call.

Why hospitality only

Recruiting for a kitchen, a floor or a front desk means understanding service: the pace of a Friday night, what a section is, why a split shift suits one person and not another, and what a good manager does when a booking goes wrong. Working only in hospitality, and only in London, means every role we publish is read by someone who knows what the job is and where it is.
