What to tell us about the bar

The kind of bar it is matters more than the job title. A high-volume pub on a Saturday, a hotel lobby bar, a cocktail bar with a long specification list and an event bar serving a queue of several hundred ask for different people. Tell us the pace, the drinks list, the till system if it is unusual, the uniform, and whether the role includes cellar work, stock counts or closing the venue alone. We publish the role with those details so the candidates who apply know what the shift is.

How posting a temporary role works

Post the role for free. Tell us the venue and its style, the dates and shift pattern, the pay, and what you need from the person: cocktail experience, cellar work, a licence to supervise, or simply speed and a steady manner on a busy Friday.
